UK Property Awards Win for The Paddocks!

We are delighted to announce that The Paddocks has been selected as a winner in the Residential Development 10-19 Units for Kent category at the UK Property Awards 2025-2026.

This is the ninth year Clarendon Homes has won a United Kingdom Property Award. We celebrated our win at the awards event held at London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Friday 14th November 2025. Director Amy Taylor from Hilden Management joined us in the celebrations.
