Kitchens are often thought of as the heart of the home and for several years we have been working with Alon Interiors who design and install German-engineered kitchens. Their years of design experience and quality control means that our kitchens are of exceptional standard with your needs in mind, meaning you will enjoy them for years to come.
For added convenience all kitchens feature integrated appliances such as oven, fridge-freezer, oven microwave, dishwasher, and washer dryer from brands including Bosch, Neff, and Caple.

Each of our bathrooms and shower rooms are fully tiled with stylish Spanish tiles from internationally recognised Porcelanosa. They offer tiles in a wide range of styles and colours, to suit all tastes.
We include sanitary ware from well-known brands including Roca and Grohe, to ensure a smart yet practical result.

Clarendon Homes are committed to considering the environment and producing more eco-friendly homes.
The majority of our new homes now come fitted with an Air Source Heat Pump which are much more energy efficient than a boiler, which helps to reduce carbon emissions and energy costs. These are installed by our own engineers and we have also recently partnered with Mitsubishi Electric due to their excellent reliability and customer service.

We have previously included smart home automation technology in some of our higher end properties, and this can be available on request for early property reservations (at an additional cost).
This includes Legrand for heating, Sonos speakers for audio, and ABB for the wireless control of heating, lighting, and audio even when away from the home via the ABB app. These systems bring convenience and flexibility, giving more control over your home.

We take great pride in applying the finishing touches to every Clarendon property, to ensure our customers have a home they can be proud of. All homes are fully carpeted as standard, with high quality carpets in neutral shades to suit a variety of colour schemes. Internal doors are made of solid oak, complemented with chrome handles and fixings.
We install underfloor heating to many of our homes, to ensure a comfortable living environment as well as maximising space as radiators are not required to the ground floor.
Each master bedroom includes a stylish sliding wardrobe as standard, with a range of colours, finishes, and layouts available to choose from (dependent on timing of reservation). Additional wardrobes can be provided to further rooms upon request to cater for all your storage needs.
We landscape each garden, incorporating a grass area, patio, and shrubs, ensuring it is ready for you to enjoy as soon as you move in.
Devoted Customer Service
Our experienced team will help guide and advise you every step of the way of your home buying journey. Whether it be your initial conversations with our Sales Team, to speaking to our in-house Design Team, all the way through to move-in day; we will offer you a consistently personal and quality service throughout. Our Sales Team will be on hand to guide you through the buying process and will be happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.
Our dedicated care does not end with the completion of your home. On move in day, you will be presented with a handy Home User Guide full of useful information and manuals relating to your property. A member of the Aftersales Team will also provide you with a ‘home demo’ to explain how all the features of your property work and answer any questions you may have.
We provide an aftercare service for two years after you move in, to offer support and deal with any concerns which may arise. As well as this, we will conduct our own inspection of your property 1 year after you have moved in, to ensure everything is still maintained to the Clarendon Standard you expect.
