The properties at our two most recent new build bungalow developments, Cobnut Park and Mulberry Place Phase 2, are all now reserved.

Cobnut Park

Cobnut Park, Boughton Monchelsea, was our first assisted living development, and we are very pleased with how popular it turned out to be. The award winning development of 24 extra care bungalows enabled our residents to enjoy retirement on their own terms, combining a sense of freedom, support and community. During construction of Cobnut Park is also when we commenced our corporate partnership with Alzheimer’s Research UK. Find out more about our partnership with this fantastic charity.

Mulberry Place Phase 2

Following our first phase of this successful development, we decided to build two more plots for Mulberry Place Phase 2 in Maidstone. The two new bungalows proved just as popular as the others. Some highlights include open plan living with double doors out onto the landscaped gardens, fully tiled bathrooms, and private parking.
