Mulberry Place Homeowners Reflect One Year On

A year after moving into their home at our Mulberry Place development and looking forward to their second Christmas in their Clarendon home, Mr and Mrs Mason reflect on their experience of being Clarendon homeowners.

“Since moving to Mulberry Place just over a year ago, time has certainly flown. We had been searching for our new home for quite some time, and having just missed out on the Boughton Monchelsea development, but being told by the agents there that two more bungalows were being built by Clarendon at Mulberry Place in Maidstone we decided to have a look. 

When we first viewed the property we were overwhelmed with the sheer size of the layout, as well as the overall design, and quality of the fittings in the kitchen and bathroom. Luckily owing to the fact that we had already sold our property, we reserved the property on the same day we viewed, and looked forward to moving in soon. 

After a short period of time we moved in and soon realised how fortunate we had been in taking a leap of faith in Clarendon. The handover of the bungalow was very efficient and expertly carried out, with a guide containing all the necessary paperwork and information. The finish of the paintwork on the walls and skirtings together with the beautiful internal doors are all excellent. Like all new properties there have been a few issues and these were dealt with promptly and very professionally. The development is in a wonderful location and we have lovely neighbours, while Maidstone town centre is a mere few minutes away by car. 

Clarendon have provided us with our forever home, and they are only a phone call or email away should we need any assistance. We have been amazed at the reactions of our relatives when they visit for the first time; they cannot believe the size of the bathroom, and neither could we when we first saw it. I can still remember my wife crying as we sat in our car after we had finished our first viewing the property.  Clarendon have built a beautiful site and we feel proud to be part of it.”
