These are common in newly built homes and are identified during the snagging process before you move in, allowing them to be resolved before handover.
When does the Process Take Place?
Before your home is handed over, it undergoes a series of quality inspections, carefully checking every room, along with the external areas, ensuring your home meets The Clarendon Standard before handover.

The snagging process helps ensure your new home is finished to the highest possible standard. It allows any minor adjustments to be completed, giving you complete confidence in your new property.

How do I Report a Snag?
Once you have completed on your home purchase, you will be supplied with an online account for our dedicated aftercare software Clixifix.
If you discover a snag after moving into your new home, simply log the issue for us to review. Provide clear descriptions and photographs, where possible, helping us understand the issue. Once confirmed, we will send to the appropriate contractor for actioning with all issues aimed to be addressed within 28 days, although often quicker, subject to trade availability.
