We hope everyone has had an amazing start to their new year! And that this January has been full of positivity and excitement for the year to come. 2024 is a very exciting year for Clarendon Homes as it marks our 25th Anniversary! We can unveal our updated logo below:
25 Acts of Kindness
To celebrate the quarter of a century that Clarendon has spent as a business, we wanted to give back to the local community by taking part in 25 Acts of Kindness throughout the year (#Clarendon25). This will include donating, fundraising activities, and volunteering.
Steve Jarrett, Clarendon Homes’ Co-Director said the 25 Acts of Kindness campaign was a chance ‘to give something back’ to communities that have inspired the company’s superbly-designed housing developments.
He said: “We wanted to do something special to celebrate our 25th anniversary, something that we could share with the community. We love Kent, and I hope people are able to recognise that our appreciation of the county is in the care and attention we apply to the locations we choose for each quality house build. Therefore, the 25 Acts of Kindness campaign is our way of saying thank you for the kindness and support local communities have shown to us over the years.”

The Clarendon Homes story started in 1999 when friends Steve Jarrett and Kenny Hill decided to combine their experiences in construction (Steve had over 15 years’ experience in the industry, while Kenny had his own window company).
