Flooring

Our homes come with all the flooring included. This includes premium wool carpets in neutral shades to suit a variety of colour schemes. We also include Amtico flooring, and a mix half or full tiling for our bathrooms. There is no hidden or extra cost to this, it is part of our standard specification.

Car Charger and a Heat Pump

Clarendon has been installing Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pumps for over 10 years, championing the increase in eco friendly homes. We also install a smart electric vehicle car charger to each of our homes. Understanding the lifestyle changes of a more eco friendly future includes small changes and additions like this to the construction of our homes. The air source heat pumps also mean the homes get underfloor heating on the ground floor, adding that extra comfort in the bite of Winter.

Wardrobes

We include built in wardrobes in our primary bedrooms, and occasionally in the second bedrooms too. Adding upgrades or more wardrobes to the other rooms is offer to our customers at an extra price. The standard includes a stylish wardrobe, this comes in a range of colours, finishes, and layouts dependant on the development. Additional wardrobes can be provided to further rooms upon request to cater for all your storage needs.

Landscaped Gardens

Every Clarendon property comes finished with a fully landscaped and turfed garden. We believe in finishing your home to the highest standard, and this includes the external details, from lighting, to sockets, to an external tap. We also use porcelain patio tiles to finish the gardens, giving them a beautiful quality.

Integrated Appliances

Our Clarendon kitchens benefit from a range of integrated appliances, and stylish finishes, that come as standard. From your oven to your fridge freezer, to your washing machine, we include high-quality appliances across our properties. We do offer the option to upgrade these if you reserve off-plan, however it’s not a common request that we get.

Aftersales Service

On move in day, we ensure our customers receive a Home User Guide, and a member of our Aftersales Team will also conduct a ‘home demo’ to run through features of your new home. We provide an aftercare service for two years where the team will offer support and deal with any concerns. As well as this, we will conduct our own inspection of your property one year after you have moved in, to ensure everything is still maintained to the Clarendon Standard you expect.
