Our Current Sites September 2016

Weston Mews – At our Snowdown development, near Dover and Canterbury, the decorating is being done and the kitchens are being installed in the reserved properties.

There are now only 3 remaining, with an estimated October 2016 completion date. Many of the buyers are set to move in at the end of the month – early October. We are holding an open weekend on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th October 11am – 4pm.

Rookery Gardens – This development in Snodland, composed of four bungalows and one house, is due to be completed October – November 2016. The buyers of Plot 5 are moving in next week – there are now only 3 remaining; 1 house, and 2 bungalows.

We are holding an open weekend on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th November 11am – 4pm.

Milton Grove – Our Maidstone development has been selling very quickly, with only 3 out of the 14 houses left! Plot 3 is now complete and ready to move into, and the tiling, decorating, and landscaping to the back gardens of Plots 7 and 8 is being done. These are due for completion in November 2016.

We are holding open weekends throughout October, 11am – 3pm.
