Churchfields Phase 2 | Clarendon Homes

Churchfields Phase 2

Churchfields is an exclusive collection of twelve 2 and 3 bedroom homes set in the idyllic Kent village of Harrietsham.

Churchfields’ peaceful village location combined with the excellent road and rail links makes it an ideal place to call home. It is placed at the foot of the North Downs, between two areas of outstanding natural beauty, and Leeds Castle, coined ‘The Loveliest Castle in the World’ is just a short drive away - great for days out.

Phase two of the development consists of six 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows. Each home has been carefully designed with meticulous attention to detail and high specification throughout. They feature spacious kitchen-diners with double doors opening onto the private landscaped garden, fully tiled bathrooms, and landscaped gardens. They are the perfect village retreat.

Update: All plots at Churchfields have now been sold. To see more Clarendon bungalows, we recommend viewing our Miller's Meadow development, which is located in Sandhurst, Kent. Miller’s Meadow has two 2-bedroom bungalows and two 3-bedroom bungalows, as well as a selection of 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom houses. "Purchasing our bungalow has been a very good choice for us. We found from the start Clarendon have been very helpful and always had time to discuss any little problems that were quickly resolved by a professional team. The quality of our new build bungalow is impressive and the interior is of high quality. Since moving here we know we have made the right decision, and would recommend Clarendon Homes to anyone."

"I never expected to be able to buy and move into a new property in the middle of a pandemic. However, this is precisely what I have done and it’s all thanks to the professionalism, dedication and commitment of every single member of the Clarendon team and I am very grateful to each and every one of them. I am now living in my gorgeous new Clarendon home and I couldn’t be happier. I am warm, cosy and comfortable and I feel safe and secure. The surrounding area is delightful and easily accessible and yet I can still find peace and seclusion once back at home. Inside my property the layout and finish are perfect. Everything is stylish, attractive, and modern. Housework has become a breeze! Moving house and buying a new home during a pandemic was not an easy decision to make but I am so very pleased that I did. Thank you, Clarendon!”

"Thank you to Clarendon Homes for our beautiful new bungalow. It is a lovely build with a very high spec, with many of the latest features. Gareth has been nice to deal with and very understanding, and Alecia always very polite and helpful. Jane at a Alon kitchens went above and beyond to make my kitchen perfect for me. I would recommend a Clarendon home to anyone, and the final touch of a bottle of fizz and yummy champagne truffles completed our move in day. What a team!"

A new build bungalow at our Churchfields development.

“My new Clarendon home oozes style, build quality and first-class finishes throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have been thoughtfully designed with appliances, electric sockets and switches exactly where you need them to be. It’s my fourth new build experience and by far the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Gareth and Alecia guided me through the buying process with professional assurance and a friendly manner. There were a few additional items that I wanted to incorporate and I soon found that nothing was too much trouble for this exceptional building firm. A few very tiny teething problems in the first few days after moving in were dealt with immediately, with a smile. They have the right formula for ensuring completely satisfied and very happy customers. If I ever move again, I’ll be looking for another Clarendon home.”
