Sandhurst has everything you need for day to day life. There is a tearoom, pub, post office, several convenience stores for your essentials, and a primary school. Miller’s Meadow is also within the catchment area for the highly regarded, Cranbook School. There are plenty of other state and independent educational options in the local area too.

Sandhurst is just moments from the best of Kent and East Sussex. Nearby, Tunbridge Wells and Ashford offer all the retail therapy you could ask for. While the independent boutiques of Tenterden and Rye are ideal if you’re looking for something a bit more unique.

With the greenery that surrounds Miller’s Meadow, it’s easy to forget how well connected it is. By rail and road, there are a wealth of towns that are readily accessible. While for work or pleasure, Central London is also just over an hour away by train from Robertsbridge station.
