Clarendon Homes Wins Best Custom Build Project at the Build It Awards!

We’re excited to announce that Clarendon Homes took home the award for Best Custom Build Project at the Build It Awards on the 8th November! Being recognized on this stage is a huge honour, and we couldn’t have achieved this without the dedication of our amazing team and the collaboration of our customers.

The Build It Awards ceremony took place on Friday 8th November, at the Hilton London Bankside Hotel. Known for celebrating quality in the homebuilding industry, the Build It Awards are a benchmark of excellence among UK developers, architects, and homebuilders.

Our award-winning project, Langton Gardens, is a boutique development of 12 custom-build properties located just outside of Headcorn, Kent. From the initial planning stages to the final finishing touches, our team was committed to making Langton Gardens a unique and exemplary development.
