Castor Park – This award winning modern development offers nine detached 4-bedroom family homes, located in Allington close to Maidstone town centre and with good transport links. The site is 80% complete, with all remaining properties weather tight and first and second fixing currently taking place. The development is expected to be complete at the end of November 2017. Following a very successful open weekend launch in July, the show home will be reopening for viewing on Sat 16^th and Sun 17^th September from 11am – 4pm.

The Fairways – At this development in Addington, West Malling of five detached 3-bedroom bungalows, the roofs are starting to be put onto plots 4 and 5 and the superstructure of plots 1, 2, and 3 is beginning. The development is due for completion early 2018.
