Current Sites – March 2018 Update

Castor Park – The development is now completely finished and all four remaining properties are ready to move into. The show home will be open for public viewing in May – specific dates to be announced.         Castor Park Show Home Churchfields – 50% of this development is now sold and the three bungalows available are coming along quickly. They are currently being plastered, with an estimated June completion.

Brionne – This large 4 bedroom house is expected to be completed July 2018, with the first fix of electrics recently being completed.

The Chequers – The final property, The Old Inn (Plot 3), is being decorated and estimated to be completed June 2018, when we are planning to hold an open weekend.

Other sites:

The Fairways – One buyer has moved in, which two more set to move in next month. The remaining plot 2 is being plastered, and plot 5 is being decorated, with the kitchen going in soon. An open weekend is planned for May.

Weavers Park – This new development in Headcorn of 14 detached large houses is estimated to be open in August when the show home is complete and ready to view. The first-floor brickwork is currently being done.
