Churchfields, Harrietsham – There are two bungalows remaining at this small development in Harrietsham. Both have two bedrooms and open plan living/dining/kitchen areas. They are ready to move into now – contact us for a viewing.
We hope that phase 2 will be approved in the new year – this will include further semi-detached two-bedroom bungalows. Please register your interest if you would like further information.
Weavers Park, Headcorn – All roofs will be on by the end of the year, and plots 6, 7, and 8 will be complete early 2019. We are excited to announce that the first buyer is moving in in January, and also that the new show home will be launching early next year – estimated February.

Mulberry Place, Maidstone – Our new development of nine 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows on the outskirts of Maidstone has started, with the foundations for the first phase currently going down. Phase 1 is now available to reserve and due to be completed late Spring – early Summer 2019.
The Hive, South Norwood – Seven 1-bedroom town houses with garages in South Norwood, South London. The roofs are now on and the show home is coming 2019. Further details will be released in the new year.
