Should You Buy A Newbuild Home – Independent Article

The Independent published a very interesting article last month about new build homes, and whether buyers should go for them.

Obviously, as builders of new homes we are in favour of them! But there are some good points raised in the article. One of the major negatives raised is that many new build homes have small ‘box’ rooms, and perhaps don’t place enough emphasis on looking right and fitting with the local area. These are both things we avoid ourselves – all of our homes have large rooms and we always endeavour to make our homes beautiful, no matter what the price range.
