The Chequers, Crouch (nr. Sevenoaks)

Clarendon Homes are transforming the former site of the Chequers Inn Public House into an exciting traditional development of four homes, which will sit in the heart of the rural country village of Crouch.

The existing Chequers Inn building is being respectfully restored and re-built to form a pair of joined spacious 3 bedroom cottages, complete with double garages. In addition to these cottages, two large detached 4 bedroom homes named Chiltern Lodge and Mill View are being added to the site. These two properties will exhibit large Kitchens, Dining and Lounge areas as well as generous bedrooms with 3 upstairs bathrooms. The four homes will feature Laufen bathroom furniture and ceramic tiles from Porcelanosa.

To keep the history of the site alive, not only is the development named after the Public House, the development logo features a tree to commemorate the Chequer tree after which the Chequers Inn was named.
