Upcoming Sites 2018

With the new year comes exciting new developments including Churchfields, Brionne, and The Hive.

• Churchfields. A development in Harrietsham of three terraced houses and three 2 and 3 bed bungalows coming January 2018. The site is expected to be finished Spring 2018.

• Brionne. A large detached 4-bedroom home in Ryarsh near West Malling. The roof is currently going on and work is due to be complete Summer 2018. It will be available to reserve late January 2018.

• The Hive. Seven 1-bedroom houses in Croydon, coming Spring 2018. Groundworks are beginning in January and the site is due to be completed Summer 2018. These houses will be available with Help to Buy.

• Headcorn. Fourteen large executive 4 and 5 bed homes coming Spring 2018. Groundwork is commencing January 2018 with completion due for winter 2018 – early 2019.
