Reaching out to care homes has been an important element to our 25 Acts of Kindness over the past 6 months. With Porthaven’s annual Garden Challenge coming up we were honoured to donate a bird bath to Cavell Park’s efforts. We met two member of the busy team and were highly impressed with the facilities of the care home.
