We’re hosting an EXCLUSIVE competition for our homeowners, as we want to see how Clarendon properties have come to life across Kent.

One lucky winner will receive a £250 John Lewis voucher to celebrate our 25 Years with us!

How to enter (Clarendon homeowners only):

• Send a photo (or two!) of yourself outside your Clarendon property (ideally landscape orientation) with your name/s and the name of the development you live at (e.g. Churchfields) to noreply@clarendonhomes.co.uk
• Feel free to make your neighbours aware of the competition, as they may not have seen this!

Don’t miss out – the deadline to enter is 1st November 2024. The lucky winner will be randomly selected on 4th November 2024 and contacted directly. Once they have claimed the prize we will then announce who the winner is on our social media pages. Good Luck!

*Terms & Conditions:

1. Employees of Clarendon Homes or their family are not permitted to enter the competition.

2. You must be a Clarendon Homes homeowner to enter

3. Entries must be made by midnight on 01/11/24.

4. The winner will be randomly selected on on 4/11/24

5. There will be one winner, who will receive a £250 John Lewis voucher.

6. The winner will be contacted via email to be sent their e-gift card.

7. No cash alternative will be offered.

8. If the winner is not contactable within 48 hours, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected at random.

9. By entering, individuals are agreeing for their name and photos submitted to be used in any publicity material.

10. Entry to the competition will be deemed acceptance to these terms and conditions.
