We design many of them to be open plan, with easy access to the dining area, so they feel like the centre of the home. They’re large, airy and make it the perfect space for entertaining.

We install bespoke granite and stone worktops into many of our kitchens, which are long-lasting and easy to maintain, as well as stylish. Our kitchens generally have a light, contemporary colour scheme to create an increased feeling of spaciousness and brightness. This also provides a ‘blank canvas’ for buyers to inject their personality onto.

We are firm believers in connecting the inside to the outside, so often our kitchens have French or bi-fold doors installed to provide easy access to the garden and allow natural light into the kitchen.

Fully Fitted With Great Kitchen Appliances and Accessories

Designed and fitted by Alon Interiors, our kitchens have all the additions and technologies you could need. We use German appliances from Siemens, Neff and Bosch that are both aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient.

Every Clarendon kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This takes away from the stress of transporting these large appliances form your old property and worrying about whether they will fit into your new kitchen.

We generally design our kitchens to have a breakfast bar, which is great for easy eating in the morning or socialising in the evening. The kitchens at Castor Park in Allington have Sonos ceiling speakers installed, allowing you to listen to your music wirelessly and dance while you cook.

The tiled floors in our kitchens allow for easy cleaning, and contemporary spotlights offer excellent lighting.

Making It Yours 

For early reservations, we’re happy for to customise their kitchen worktops and cabinets – we can provide a range of patterns and stone types. Flooring can also be chosen, with a range of tile types on offer. This gives the opportunity to create a kitchen personalised to your tastes and needs.
