Steve, Senior Quantity Surveyor

Steve joined Clarendon Homes in May 2022. He keeps a close eye on project finances and contractual relationships to ensure everything runs smoothly for the business.

Prior to Clarendon Homes, Steve worked as a Commercial Manager for another developer in Central London and has accrued a wealth of experience in the industry. Steve also used to be a professional paintball player and was well-travelled in pursuing the sport!

What is your favourite thing about working at Clarendon Homes?

Location of the office and sites, the people and the working environment.

Which is your favourite development of ours and why?

Weavers Park, for its layout, house types and location.

What developments are you looking forward to in the near future and why?

Forge Mews, the location is perfect for a new family to settle into a great village with a great home.

What is your favourite part of your job?

All of it, it has the challenges that keeps you on your toes!
