Throughout our 20 years we have built a wide range of homes in some of the most sought-after areas in and around Kent. So, what does make Clarendon Homes unique?
We have our own in-house architects, making it even easier for our buyers to customise their homes to suit their personal needs. We also ensure each development is completely unique and one of a kind. We explore all types of properties, from executive detached homes, bungalows, family homes, and flats so we have something suitable for all types of prospective buyers. We are now also looking to extend our range of projects to that of self-build and care assisted homes, to appeal to even more property hunters.
We have always been a traditional brick and block builder, and strive to provide the same high-quality finish throughout all our homes and developments regardless of the property price or type. This consistency ensures our customers know the exact standard that they are going to receive.
As well as featuring high quality interiors and carefully sourced fixtures and fittings, we also incorporate the latest technology in many of our homes, including ABB Home Automation and Sonos Sound Systems – a speaker system that allows you to listen to your music wirelessly throughout your home.
Lastly our small team ensures we provide our customers with a high level of attention, care and advice throughout the whole buying process, as well as after sales care. We work with our customers every step of the way to ensure every detail of their home is perfect for them. From the kitchens to the bathroom tiles, we do our best to be as flexible as we can, to tailor our properties to the buyers’ personal preferences and needs.
