At Clarendon Homes we provide an aspect of care with the finishes of all our properties. Am example of this is with our assisted living bungalow site, Cobnut Park, where we take our duty of care for our customers to the next level. This site is a new model of freehold housing with care attached, allowing you to enjoy your retirement in style on your own terms.

A key part of the lifestyle Cobnut Park affords is its Extra Care Service, provided by our chosen partners at Meritum. Starting from just two hours’ support a week, and completely flexible, its aim is to ensure you enjoy your time at Cobnut Park to its fullest. Whether that means help with housework, arranging physio sessions, support dressing or taking medication, depends on your individual needs. Our flexible approach is always bespoke to you, your choices and wishes will always be respected.

After Sales and Warranty

We want to make sure that our customers are looked after through their whole customer journey, which includes after sales. We will always be on hand to answer questions which relate to your home, as well as providing 10 year warranties from BLP Assurance and Q Assure, to give you that extra peace of mind that your new home is in it for the long haul.

The freehold homes at our bungalow site Cobnut Park will come with Clarendon Homes’ 12-month aftercare package and a 10-year BLP structural warranty.
