Clarendon Homes in 2022

2022 has been another great year in the proud history of Clarendon Homes. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing team, suppliers and customers! Read on to find out some of our achievements from the year. From everyone in The Clarendon Team, we wish you a Happy New Year for 2023!

Move ins

Cobnut Park

All 24 properties at our award-winning Cobnut Park development in Boughton Monchelsea have now been sold. This was a very busy site for our team this year, with 19 of our customers moving into their new homes in 2022.

Mulberry Place Phase 2

The second phase of our Mulberry Place development in Maidstone proved to be very high in demand after the popular first phase. Both of these beautiful properties were completed and moved into near the end of 2022.

Woodland Rise

The customers of our award-winning houses at Woodland Rise, Borough Green, moved in at the end of 2022. These stunning 5-bedroom houses were our biggest of the year!

Awards

2022 was professionally recognised as another successful year for Clarendon Homes, as we won an award and were shortlisted for another! Woodland Rise was selected as a winner in the Residential Development 2-9 Units, for Kent category at the UK Property Awards 2022-2023 and Langton Gardens was shortlisted for the Build It Awards in the ‘Best Custom Build Project or Model’ category.

Fundraising

We are incredibly happy to announce that we have raised a grand total of £2261.50 across 2022 for Alzheimer’s Research UK! Details of how we raised this money, as well as information on how you can make your own donations, can be found here.
